WOW!!!! What can I say concerning the exceptionally high and professional service my wife and I received from Carmen. From the very 1st day we started this process of finding a home, not only did he provided us with up to date financial impact during our search - that is whenever we saw a home and wanted to know the financial impact, but has on many instances provided us with the guidance necessary to maintain our positive ratings as we neared our final decision of a home. Carmen made first home buying experience fantastic. His attention to detail is unparalleled. We went through a long transaction that fell through (through no fault of his), but every step of the way Carmen did everything he could to keep things moving and keep me in it as long as he possibly could. He treated me like family. By the time I found “the one”, Carmen made sure the transaction took less than 6 weeks.
